Public association website

Kvarterio helps housing associations and community associations communicate clearly, reduce manual administration and give residents one reliable digital home.
The public website and private portal share one administration surface while keeping protected information behind sign-in.
Publish contact details, buyer information and practical guidance without maintaining a separate website.
Share notices and neighbourhood updates in channels with the right audience and permissions.
Let residents book shared facilities and follow important dates from their phone.
Keep public documents and board material separated through membership and role-based access.
Tenant isolation, role-based access, protected document delivery and audit logging help the board handle association information responsibly. Members control whether selected contact details are shared.
Choose monthly or annual invoicing. Annual payment gives you 12 months for the price of 10.
Beta billing
Invoice and bank transfer are the normal payment method for associations, and the invoice can be sent to your property manager or trustee. Card payment is available as a fallback on Stripe's secure invoice page. During the beta, invoices are issued in EUR because Stripe currently does not support bank transfer as a payment method for SEK-denominated invoices. Prices are fixed in EUR. Kvarterio adds no exchange-rate markup, but the payer's bank may use its own rate or charge a fee. We plan to introduce SEK invoice and bank payments after Kvarterio leaves beta and the Swedish payment solution has been expanded.
All prices are in EUR and exclude 25% VAT.
